RETURNS

If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. That’s why we make it easy for you to return anything you purchased from The Joy of Marketing, and any event website of The Joy of Marketing (example.thejoyofmarketing.com) that you are unhappy with. You may return any item sold and fulfilled by The Joy of Marketing within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if you are not satisfied, unless otherwise stated on the return policy upon purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you purchased a physical item, it should be returned in their original product packaging and in the same condition that you received it.  If you purchased an online product, please email us at [email protected] to request a refund. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that the Boutique Breakthrough Workshop and Peak Performance Coaching have their own respective refund policies.

Late or missing refunds

If your refund has not been credited back to your bank yet, first wait 3 business days after you receive transaction confirmation from us before checking your bank account. It often takes a few days before the refund is credited back to you and reflected on your bank ledger. If after the 3 business days you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Shipping

To return a physical product, you should mail your product to: 3220 Executive Park Drive, Springfield, IL, 62703, United States.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
